There is a lot of children’s cartoons and movies
That I sit down to watch with my son
But because of the subliminal programming
I would almost rather he played with a gun
At least then I could warn him of the dangers
That a loaded weapon will do
But with the embedding of cultural beliefs
His undeveloped mind hasn’t a clue
Let’s take the seemingly innocent
Fun Song Factory as an example
You may think that I am crazy
But the evidence for evil is ample
The five young good-looking presenters
Certainly, make it easy on the eye
It’s almost worth programming my son
To imagine the birds on my thigh
But then they talk to the Fun Song Factory
Which gives orders which songs to sing
Then they obey with a smile on their face
That is the message with the sting
You many think I am overly sensitive
It is just a children’s programme lighten up
But don’t forget you have also been trained
To obey your masters since you were a pup
There is nothing fun about a factory
Except for the ones at the top, raking it in
The children can scream at the top of their voices
The owners always ignore the din
Maybe there is a natural order to things
Some sheeple are quite happy to be the herd
But I think we should at least have the option
To educate ourselves beyond the level of nerd
I think we are all potential geniuses
But at a young age our minds are closed down
Shoved into a world of conformity
To rebel, the bright ones play the part of a clown
What is the solution to that?
Some say we should segregate the slackers
Leave them behind for the good of the few
So they can be full time factory packers
They will probably enjoy that after all
The Ritalin will have rotted their brains
But at the end of the day even middle managers
Are still wearing corporate chains
Why don’t we use the medium of television
As a force for good for the population?
Instead of conditioning everyone to be a slave
Teach them how to invent their own vocation
I believe if we left our inquisitive children
To explore the world on their own terms
Without indoctrinating them with entertainment
Their minds could be free of germs
They would then teach us how to live
For we have everything back to front
Sitting them in front of a television
Is making the sharp little razors blunt
Cheers!
