The end of the year is approaching
Time to think about resolutions
Although I haven’t stuck to any yet
On my thirty-eight revolutions
This year will be different though
For I have a clear target to aim
To get myself out of a quagmire
By climbing back in the frame
I want to be like the Gnostics
Who lived their life’s by real rules
They worked on behalf of Gaia
They didn’t suffer ego fools
They earned their ancient wisdom
By dedication and daily practice
They were killed for their beliefs
Which were ironically for justice
They could see the messiah folly
The insanity of the father god
Their visions of the mother goddess
Made others think them odd
For at the time of their repression
Paganism was on decline
The Church said only one geezer
Could turn water into wine
If anyone begged to differ
They met with an abrupt choice
Convert to monotheistic religion
Or forever lose your voice
Things have come full circle
Again, Rome says she is the one
Although they do not admit
That in secret they worship the sun
For they know that earthly power
Comes from mother nature
So they divert us from the truth
With each sermon lecture
Instead, we should be communing
With the mother nature in her glory
But that would remove them
From participation in our story
But I for one am sick of them
And their quest for dominance
So I will make their downfall
My new year’s utmost prominence
That is a pretty tough resolution
But you have to shoot for the moon
Cause I am pretty tired of dancing
To their evil wicked tune
How I will go about this mission
I am still unsure about the detail
I have been searching for a long time
To find my personal holy grail
But I know this year will be different
There is magic in my thoughts
I refuse to let their negativity
Tie my ambition up in knots
Do you have a resolution
That is of a worthwhile cause?
Perhaps you want to put an end
To all their phoney laws
Please join the bandwagon
We need all the help we can get
If we are to save the planet
From their giant fishing net
Cheers!
