There are some ropes in between a few trees and of course the boy likes to show his monkey skills on them while I stand and watch remembering the good auld days when I had a relatively agile body.
There are Tennis Courts here as well which make me remember how much I loved to play Tennis before I had my back operation and turned into a sloth.
We took a walk around the park and it was interesting to see that it is also used a local dump.
They had an air rifle range set up which when I posted the photos on facebook got one of my friends very excited as apparently this Airsoft thing is quite popular. Just goes to prove even more how out of touch I am with the rest of the world these days.
As there was no equipment to use we had to make do with our imaginary guns….well, at least for this photo.
There was an area with some Ducks and Geese to meander about but they were well tied in with bits of string.
Every time I see a stage I have to go and get my picture took on it to remind myself of the good old days when I used to walk the boards frequently.
