Been having some mental conversations
Mixing with deeply spiritual types
They exist in a world very different
From the normal hum drum ass wipes
The talk about spiritual deities
With respect, awe and devotion
They believe these beings are real
Investing every drop of loving emotion
What fascinates me is their sincerity
When they claim how gods change their lives
By making offerings at their alters
Is like the power of an army of wives
Things manifest in the real world
When they pray they know it is done
They then go about their lives expectantly
With a sense of wonder, magic and fun
But to me it seems too much effort
Getting through the daily grind is hard enough
But I think I will investigate further
Cause getting results in life is so tough
So today I learned a magic mantra
I have to repeat forty times a day for a week
Then three times a day for the rest of my life
Which apparently gives power to the meek
I need all the help I can get in this life
I am realising nothing is real
Unless we focus our weak energy
Seek out the yearning we feel
So give magic a chance to thrive
It is real and can be a force for good
Don’t be susceptible to mass ignorance
For demons lap up that energy for food
We have the power to change our lives
If we look deep into our hidden hearts
Their lies the will to become a creator
To propel your happiness off the charts
