Every day I go to work, I try to live in grace
The extra mile, helps me smile
For I can’t stand waste
My dignity makes me walk so tall

I remember in days gone by, I never understood
Workmates are my brothers
I just thought myself aloof
My ignorance was my own cell wall

I’m not afraid of speaking out
I’ve learned a lot along the way
But nothing I can do or say
Can lift your veil away
Your scarcity is the game you call

Now I just hope by speaking out, I can aid your change
You will see your magic blunders
Have put you in a place
Where you will be saved
Oh your dignity, can stop your fall

Don’t be fooled into thinking that
A new age will save your soul
Some of us will make the cut
The rest? Well, I don’t know
I guess it’s up to you

Today is not too late to discover you
The weight of the load you carry
Is it old or new?

Leave your heavy baggage
With the airport crew
And you can fly to the moon

Every day I go to work, I try to live in grace
I stand up tall, above the wall
Of the factory gates
My dignity, makes me feel so tall

Cheers!
