Sol Luckman is an author and researcher whose work spans health, consciousness and fiction. His latest book is called Get Out Of Here Alive and he writes regularly on Substack. He is one of those guests where the conversation naturally flows because he has so much ground to cover.
I had the pleasure of interviewing Sol Luckman about his new book, Get Out Of Here Alive and a couple of years later the follow up, How to Run Down a Dream.
Sol Luckman is an author, painter, musician and sound healer. He’s also a former English teacher, and by his own description a modern-day Renaissance man. He’s written in a remarkable range of genres. His wellness books Potentiate Your DNA and Conscious Healing became international bestsellers. Snooze: A Story of Awakening and Cali the Destroyer are award-winning visionary novels. There’s an award-winning humour book, The Angel’s Dictionary. The World Cult & You and Get Out of Here Alive challenge everything we’re told about reality. And Musings from a Small Island is an illustrated memoir of his life as an artist.
Sol’s journey began with a crisis. A severe autoimmune illness left him unable even to go for a run. Out of that came the Regenetics Method, a sound-based healing approach he’s taught for over two decades. Along the way he’s become a familiar voice in the consciousness community. He’s been interviewed on podcasts like The Higherside Chats and Aeon Byte Gnostic Radio, and his writing has appeared in Nexus, New Dawn and Atlantis Rising.
When he’s not writing, Sol paints, with his work exhibited in solo shows. He also makes music, including his debut album, Post-Punk Shaman.
His new book is How to Run Down a Dream: Inner Alchemy for Manifesting Your Best Life. It starts with a Tom Petty song and ends somewhere far beyond it, with simulation theory, the Shame Game, controlled folly, the Philosopher’s Stone, and the idea that you can consciously create not just your best life, but your best afterlife.
