I was very happy to find a last minute ticket for Jane’s Addiction as they were like hen’s teeth. I was even more happy when later in the tour they had a fight onstage and it would seem they will never play together again.
The main reason for me going to see The Hives was to see The Bad Nerves again as I loved them so much supporting The Darkness.
I last saw The Happy Mondays at the SECC around 1989 on their Pills, Thrills and Bellyache tour.
I took Emma to see Slowdive at the Barrowland, the best place for a gig in the world, in many people’s opinion.
I took Emma back to the Barrowland for her Christmas present to see The Darkness who were great. The support band even better!
