I went along to Henry’s Cellar Bar yet again to watch some more great acts perform on Lach’s Open Mic Stage.
Inky Fingers – Forest Cafe Open Mic – 15/11/13
I went along to a poetry open mic evening at Forest Cafe in Edinburgh. I met his friend Jem Rolls and the author Peter G Mackie and performed 3 poems.
Blind Poetics – Open Mic – 11/11/13
I went to a popular open mic night in Edinburgh called Blind Poetics which is run by Alec Beattie and Roddy Shippin. The special guest act that evening was Jennifer Williams.

I recount the tale of a visit to Lach’s Anti-Hoot at Henry’s Cellar Bar where I saw and videoed some great open mic acts and even performed a few poems myself.
