It was Friday so that meant it was time to go to the local Bazaar before we headed to the beach to check out the scene on a very windy day.

After a long journey back from Cappadocia it was good to get back to Antalya and have a relaxed day. In the evening we went to visit my friend Banu, her daughter and her friend Özhan
Well I couldn’t go to Cappadocia and not take Emma on the ride of her life…..on a hot air balloon. It was a bit expensive but as it was the start of the season it was still a lot cheaper than peak season so I comforted myself in the fact I was saving money….somehow.
Walking past a travel shop I asked the price of a trip to Cappadocia as in all my years in Turkey I had never visited there.
Went to the beach and had some coffee and cake. I always get a large Turkish coffee which I discovered later is probably not the best idea when you have to detox from it.
Our first full day in Turkey together was spent at the beach where we had some flavoured ice cream and then into the town centre for a pizza and a tour of Kaleici, the old town,
